In a world filled with many world views and unstable environments, Rick believes that Sports and the Arts impact the formation of our youth in a huge way. For this reason, in addition to other faith-based and community service initiatives, Rick volunteers over 300 hours annually in these areas to be a positive role model and provide the best possible environment for our youth to grow their gifts:
The Culture House
Rick is the Chairman of the Board of The Culture House, an arts organization providing a healthy environment for artists of all ages to grow their gifts.
St. James Academy
Since 1995, Rick has volunteered as a High School Soccer Coach, most recently, head Boys Soccer Coach for St. James Academy, since 2007.
Young Catholic Professionals
Jake is a founding Board Member of the local YCP Chapter in Kansas City. He is also actively involved as a YCP mentor, helping those in their 20's and 30's navigate their work-life-faith balance.
